I once got an email from a competitor because we had their logo on a comparison page.
Amusingly this email sounded legal-ish, and their title almost sounded like they were an attorney. But their linked in profile was different and it was clear they were in marketing.
Not sure why Figma needed to step out of their way to do something like this, but "dev mode" is not as serious of a case..makes me a bit concerned where their heads are

Its pretty absurd that Figma was granted "Dev Mode" as a trademark... based off a 2023 filing.
